A few years ago I reached a point in my life where my relationship was in crisis; my professional life, though rewarding, was hectic and chaotic. I had developed a way of moving through life by doing things rather than living life. I was stuck, stressed, socially isolated, and parts of me did not know how unhappy I was. The parts that did were asking, “Is this all there is?”

 Then I stumbled upon the Shalom Mountain Retreat Center, Core Energetics, and various other modalities. I set about my own work in the study of these practices, finding places that needed healing and becoming self-aware. I am passionate about this work because it is integrative and wholistic and because these new directions have brought me more connection, joy, understanding, and peace than I have ever known. It’s a journey that is ongoing. So here, on this path, is where I want to spend my time and energy – helping and supporting others to discover and unlock important parts of themselves and their lives, to help you live fully and consciously.

After a career in the Army, I retired to give my full attention to the practice of healing and wellness. I am a clinician with Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega & Associates, an Advanced Certified Core Energetics Practitioner (ACCEP), and a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I hold a Master of Social Work degree from NYU. I have extensive training with the Shalom Mountain Retreat Center in Livingston Manor, NY.
